🔹 Role: MES Consultant
 🔹 Experience: 8–10 Years
 🔹 Location: Germany (Remote)
 
💼 Key Skills Required:
 ✔️ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Werum PasX (MES)
 ✔️ Strong understanding of Siemens Opcenter
 ✔️ Expertise in MBR Translation between PasX & Opcenter
 ✔️ Experience in eBR development & Master Batch Record testing
 ✔️ Knowledge of Pharma processes, validation & compliance

🔥 Must-Have Competencies:
 ✔️ Native German language proficiency 🇩🇪
 ✔️ Custom development in Siemens Opcenter & Werum PasX
 ✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills in MES platforms
 ✔️ Experience in IT-OT integration & security
 ✔️ Hands-on in testing, validation & deployment
 ✔️ Minimum 5+ years in Pharma industry

✨ Good-to-Have:
 ➕ Knowledge of MOM applications (LIMS, WMS, QMS, LMS)
 ➕ Strong communication & stakeholder management
 ➕ Infrastructure understanding & issue diagnosis

📌 Key Responsibilities:
 🔹 MBR translation between MES platforms
 🔹 Recipe authoring based on SOPs & process flows
 🔹 MES integration with ERP, shopfloor equipment & other systems
 🔹 Application testing, validation & deployment
